The 10 Year Old Quinta de Ervamoira follows the Tawny Reserva in the order of aging within the Tawnies family. It is a blend with an average age of around 10 years. We enter the world of complexity of an aged Tawny. Its brick-red or even golden colors carry us to the Orient spices, spicy and exotic aromas, shrouded in mystery. This is where the magical path opens to the 20 and 30 years. Its body and its wealth of tastes transport us to the place where it was born - the "Quinta de Ervamoira"! It is distributed throughout Burgundy: Chablis (38 hectares), Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, (38.5 hectares), Côte Chalonnaise (3.5 hectares), and comprises a majority of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, planted of the two Burgundy grape varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

1 250 winemakers give life to the Beaujolais-villages, first name in France to have used the term "villages". In 38 communes of the Rhône and Saône-et-Loire, and 3 geographical zones with marked specificities, these fruity and fleshy wines reflect the characters of their terroirs. Domaine René Bouvier is a family home created in 1910 by the grandfather of Bernard Bouvier, current master on board with his wife. The farm counts 13 hectares in pinot noirand 4 in chardonnay for a total of 18 appellations in Burgundy, Côtes-de-Nuits-Villages, Fixin, Marsannay et Gevrey-Chambertin, including Premiers and Grands Crus.
The vineyard is conducted in sustainable agriculture and is converted to organic farming, with tillage, disbudding, harvesting in green, harvest and manual sorting. In 2006, the estate has inaugurated a new winery of 1 200 m², the care given to winemaking and breeding making it a safe bet in the Burgundy.
When you ask Bernard Bouvier what a good wine is, he replies that "it is a wine that makes your mouth water, that makes you want to finish the bottle you have uncorked". The vines dominate the valley, facing the sea, hanging from restanques to restanques, up to 300 m in altitude, on these slopes forming a vast circus sheltered from the mistral. At the origin of this estate is Louis Avon, a journeyman cooper who, during his Tour de France, settled in Vacqueyras where he came to buy some acres of vines. Today, after a transmission from mother to daughter, the domain covers 22 hectares including 2 in Cotes du Rhone, 3 en Gigondas et 17 en VacqueyrasIn the vineyards, the reasoned fight is in the spotlight, which excludes herbicides and pesticides. In the same logic of respect for Nature, the soil is mechanically worked. Concerning the grape variety, Grenache is in the majority, followed by Syrah and a little Mourvèdre. Happy team of pickers share pick the beautiful and good bunches. In the cellar, you will find the same respect, the same attention as in the vineyards, with minimalist interventions and barrel aging.

GIGONDAS RED Cuvée Des Blaches 2019

It is in 1989 that the area of Espiers was born in Vacqueyras, when Philippe Cartoux decided to walk in the footsteps of his grandparents who owned a vineyard in the family since 1879.
The vineyard now covers 9,5 hectares including 3 to Gigondas, 4 en Cotes du Rhone et 2,5 en Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages Sablet. The grape variety is largely dominated by the main 3 Rhone grape varieties, namely Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The vines are in struggle and receive no chemical treatment. In general, the gestures are all part of a logic of respect for the soil and the environment, with yields particularly lower than 35 hl / ha.
Harvesting is manual for traditional winemaking and aging in oak barrels. Philippe Cartoux likes to produce robust, gourmet but also refined wines. Proof of the quality of its work, Lavinia boutiques offer its wines.
This wine consists of a single plot of vines in the commune of Gigondas.
The vine is aged 40 and composed of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. The harvest is manual and often the grapes picked are slightly overripe in order to obtain wines more full-bodied.
The vinification is done with a very high temperature (+ 34 ° c) in order to extract a maximum of aromas and color. The harvest is complete to allow a good homogeneity of the grape marc and long pumping over.
This wine is then aged in barrels for about 12 months, then bottled without sticking or filtration.
