A blend of several years aged for many years, exclusively from Grande Champagne, the premier cru of Cognac, the Pale & Dry XO, elegant and distinguished, extremely delicate, offers a very light, very luminous amber robe, limpid and of a very lively brilliance with golden reflections.
Cognac Grande Champagne, first growth of cognac. A main grape variety: Ugni Blanc, with a high yield and late maturity giving a natural white wine with low alcohol content and high acidity. Charente vinification and distillation with ironing (AOC Cognac regulations).
ORIGIN: 100% Grande Champagne. Delamain buys cognac from vintage distillers or breeders. Purchases are always made by selection on tasting and are never contractual. Total freedom of selection.
 BARRELS: accommodation in the cellars in 350-litre Limousin oak barrels, called “red barrels” (barrels that have already been used and have lost their tannin).

Cognac Courvoisier Napoleon Fine champagne 40° 70 cl

The wine is distilled twice in an intense process unique to cognac.  It takes place from the end of the harvest, when all the grape juice has fermented and turned into wine until March 31, according to the law.
Courvoiser uses a custom distillation process using 25 hectoliters, small stills exclusively to ensure complexity.
Maison Courvoisier meticulously hand-selects French oak from sustainable forests with a 50/50 blend of tight grain to create the barrels.
