Château JEAN FAURE 2019 SAINT EMILION GRAND CRU CLASS
A historic premier cru, appearing in the middle of the 18th century on the first cartography of the great Bordeaux terroirs, Château Jean Faure has survived the ages with consistency. Formerly attached to Figeac, Jean Faure has not changed in area since the beginning of the 19th century.
Château Jean Faure claims more than 50% Cabernet-franc. Unique grape variety in Saint-Émilion but very close to that of the mythical vintages of Cheval Blanc and Figeac. This composition: 50% Cabernet Franc, 45% Merlot and 5% Malbec inclines the cru towards elegance and freshness.
Historic 18 hectare vineyard, CHÂTEAU JEAN FAURE is rooted in a magnificent terroir of clay and iron dross composed of a dominant Cabernet Franc (50%). Xavier Choné, Agricultural engineer and Doctor of Oenology, carried out a large-scale pedological study on the soil of Château Jean Faure by having 30 surveys carried out. It summarizes the geology and the relief of the vineyard of Château Jean Faure: “80% of the surface of the vineyard of Château Jean Faure presents a very clayey subsoil which appears from 30 to 100 cm in depth. The roots can go down to 150 to 200 cm deep.
MADIRAN PLENITUDE 2011 PRODUCERS PLAIMONT
Located in the departments of Gers, Pyrenees-Atlantiques and Hautes-Pyrenees, it knew a great rise from the foundation of the Abbey of the same name in the Xrd century.
The king grape variety from the Pyrenean piedmont, the Tannat, is the basis of the identity and originality of this red wine. Other noble grape varieties such as Cabernet Franc, Pinenc or Cabernet Sauvignon also contribute to the creation of Madiran whether they are young, fruity and supple or more tannic, and long-lasting.
All the quintessence of our know-how in Madiran »
Tribute to past traditions, Fullness is uncompromising, just like the vine growers who stubbornly raise it. Assembling the best terroirs of Madiran, this wine symbolizes the accomplishment of a hard work necessary to the control of the Tannat. Fleshy, velvety but wild, it grows at the foot of the Pyrenees and aims the summits.

The grapes of the variety local Petit Manseng are harvested after the first autumn frosts. The passerillage on the stump brings the aromatic complexity specific to this great sweet wine. The wine has aromas of candied fruit with subtly woody notes. With a beautiful concentration, it nevertheless retains a liveliness characteristic of the appellation with a sublime length in the mouth.
Château Canon Chaigneau 2019 Lalande de Pomerol 75cl
This wine comes from 21 hectares in Lalande-de-Pomerol, 1km north of Petrus, vinified by the former Cheval Blanc cellar master, Thierry Garnaud. A unique terroir: the Néac plateau, continuity of the Pomerol plateau. A very good value for money. Lovely delicate wine with enormous finesse. An elegant and delicious mouthfeel with very silky tannins.
Thierry Garnaud, has been in charge of vinification at Château Canon Chaigneau since 1995. He will continue to work at the Château for years to come.
Like Pomerol, Lalande de Pomerol is a small appellation (1 hectares), with an average annual production of only 100 million bottles.
BOTIJO ROJO GARNACHA TINTA 2021 CL 75
The Garage Wine
A crazy concept of Mario Lopez and Fernando Mora, The Garage Wine makes wines from very old vines of the Mario family in the region of Valdejalon (between DO Calatayud and Cariñena) in .... a garage!
Small yields, work in minimal intervention in the vineyard (certified organic), harvest by hand in several sortings, vinification in concrete vats, punching down, passage in barrels (optional), no filtration, no fining, S02 only at the low volume bottling.

Chinon Vieilles Vignes Domaine de la Commanderie 2022 75cl
Grape variety: 100% Cabernet franc Soil: sandy loam
The vinification takes place on the basis of moderate temperatures (23°C.) and macerations which do not extend too long in time, so as to preserve the flattering aromas. It is a light, fruity and very aromatic wine which presents round and silky tannins. It is pleasant to taste from its earliest youth and offers subtle aromas of red fruits and spices on the nose and flavors of violets and liquorice on the palate. This wine is particularly seductive with charcuterie and river fish, as well as white meats.
Château La Rame 2020 75cl
Grapes: Merlot, Cabernet
The Armand family has always focused on producing Great Wines. It is a passion so consuming that it becomes the center of interest of an entire family, the main subject of conversation. This is how the transmission of know-how acquired over the years is naturally passed down between generations. Now Angélique & Grégoire ARMAND, Yves' children, are owners of Château La Rame & Château La Caussade. With the help of their father, they continue the history of these two properties.
Castle LAGRANGE POMEROL 2013
9 hectare property located on the northern edge of the Pomerol plateau, Château Lagrange, often called “Lagrange à Pomerol” to differentiate it from its Medoc namesake, has been the property of Etablissements Jean-Pierre Moueix since 1953.
Its soil consists of heavy clays covered with gravels, where Merlot dominates at 95%. Cultivated with the same care and precision as the other wines of Etablissements Jean-Pierre Moueix, Château Lagrange offers a generous and opulent wine, magnifying a Merlot wonderfully blooming on this beautiful terroir of ancient clays.
A wine with surprising aging potential that must wait and never disappoints!
This prestigious estate, whose name in old French evoked the intense labor of the land, is located on one of the best exposed plots of the famous Pomerol plateau. Acquired in 1953 by the Établissements Jean-Pierre Moueix, who have operated it since then, it benefits from an exceptional terroir.
The diversity of the soils, composed of equal parts gravel underlain by clay and deep black clay over an iron dross substrate, gives the wine a unique combination of power, depth and complexity.
The vineyard, partially preserved from the devastating frosts of 1956, is on average 35 years old. It is grown using traditional methods, including regular plowing, thinning and leaf stripping, and the harvest is ideally carried out in two or three afternoons. Fermentations take place in cement vats, then the young wine is aged in oak barrels, half of which is renewed each year.
Château Trotanoy is among the most popular wines of the appellation and can easily age for several decades in exceptional vintages.

Second Wine Red Pavilion of Château Margaux
Château Margaux has always been one of the greatest estates in the Médoc. The only Premier Grand Cru Classé in the commune of Margaux, it remains one of the most evocative names of the Bordeaux vineyards. The long-lasting wines produced there are fragrant, elegant and renowned for combining finesse and power. We find deep aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry with which, after a few years, more evolved scents of tobacco and cedar are mixed. The name Margaux transcends its wine and evokes supreme refinement, we are talking here about one of the symbols of French culture... History of the Château Château Margaux has indisputably reigned over the south of Haut Médoc since the 17th century. The first “claret” found in the famous Christie's auction house, it was also first in class during the 1855 classification when it obtained, in addition to its title of Premier Grand Cru Classé, the perfect score of 20/20. Focused on excellence from its first steps, Château Margaux overcame crises (wars, phylloxera) thanks to significant investments from its owners, in turn fascinated by the infinite potential of this terroir.
The Ginestet family, already owner of Cos d'Estournel and Clos Fourtet, acquired the estate in 1949, but the oil crisis and its repercussions on the Bordeaux wine market forced them to sell the estate to André Mentzelopoulos in 1977.
Restructuring of the vineyard, plot selection, aging in new oak barrels are some of the projects he is undertaking, but the results of which he will unfortunately not see. After his death in 1980, his daughter Corinne Mentzelopoulos took over the reins of Château Margaux. The spectacular momentum brought by André Mentzelopoulos restored Margaux to its former glory, while an unparalleled event caused the price of Bordeaux to explode: the 1982 vintage.
Since the 1980s Margaux has been at the top of the wine world and each year continues to offer us exceptional wines such as the 2009 and 2010 vintages which leave oenophiles dreaming...
Paul Pontallier, who was director of Château Margaux for more than 30 years before leaving us suddenly in 2016, confided his astonishment for the fantastic 2009 vintage: “I had never tasted a wine like the 2009. This success is a mystery. , it is so pure that it seems religious. »
Corinne Mentzelopoulos, supported by the advice of Bordeaux oenologist Jacques Boissenot, propels Château Margaux towards “more Margalese” wines where sensitivity and harmony take precedence over concentration and richness.
