The nature of the soil is clay-limestone with 15% garrigue-type pebbles. Cultivation is carried out without chemical weedkillers in order to preserve the typicality of the terroirs. The grape varieties are 70% Grenache noir, 20% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah. Aged 25 years on average, the vines are young and have a significant density of 5400 vines per hectare, or 30% more than traditional plantations in the Southern Rhône.
