It is a spirit drink obtained by blending traditional Cape Verdean grogue (Cape Verdean red cane variety) pure sugar cane juice and caramelized sugar cane juice in a cauldron. A maceration of plants gives it herbaceous aromas.
To better highlight the exceptional character of each vintage, bottles of Plantation “terroir” rums are now adorned with a special label indicating the uniqueness of each vintage and each of the sources in the collection. Description: Particularity of this new product: we use a coffee roasted by P'tit Kawa - artisan roaster of Corcoué on Lognes (not far from us). It comes from a specific selection for Ti'Arrangés with 50% Colombia Supremo region Quindo and 50% India Babaduban from Kushalnagar region.
