COTE ROTIE STEPHANE OGIER 2019
Rooted in Ampuis for many generations, this family has always worked in the Côte-Rôtie vineyard. By taking over from his father Michel in 1998, he chose to do specific work on his different terroirs in order to reveal the uniqueness of these places full of history.
Côte-Blonde, But de Mont, Lancement, Côte-Rôzier, Champon, Besset ... this vineyard is rich in a mosaic of plots located in the heart of the Côte-Rôtie whose soil diversity and the northernmost climate of the Valley du Rhône gives the wines an incredible finesse. The originality of the Gramenon terroir comes from the limestone bar (tidal system) formerly covered by the sea (86 million years).
The thrust of the Alps has brought out layers of sand left by the tides, a significant presence of limestone, thus forming a plateau 550 m wide and benefiting from a slight altitude, while the clays have been reinforced by the system. river.
Location: 350m above sea level on the hillsides and the Gramenon plateau in the town of Montbrison sur Lez.

Cotes du Rhône Village Rouge Sablet Domaine des Espiers 2022 75cl
It is in 1989 that the area of Espiers was born, in Vacqueyras, when Philippe Cartoux decided to follow in the footsteps of his grandparents who had owned a wine estate in the family since 1879. The nature of the soil is clay-limestone with 15% garrigue-type pebbles. Cultivation is carried out without chemical weedkillers in order to preserve the typicality of the terroirs. The grape varieties are 70% Grenache noir, 20% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah. Aged 25 years on average, the vines are young and have a significant density of 5400 vines per hectare, or 30% more than traditional plantations in the Southern Rhône. Since 1996, the venerable Maison Delas Frères, whose roots go back to 1835, has regained the soul and sparkle that have contributed to its fame.
Under the impetus of the new management, numerous investments were made on the Saint-Jean-de-Muzols production site, near Tournon-sur-Rhône.
A motivated team proudly participates in the qualitative renewal of this Grande Maison in the Rhône Valley: a vat room specially designed for the vinification of red wines, the complete restructuring of the aging cellar are among the key elements of the House's quality approach. Delas, summed up in one sentence: to perpetuate and sublimate the expression of the Terroir.
On this AOC, located at the northern end of the Rhône Valley, the very famous cuvée "La Landonne" from Delas Frères (100% Syrah) is a plot selection whose production hardly exceeds 2.500 bottles per vintage, exclusively in the great years.Producer Benjamin & David DUCLAUX
Created in 1928, our estate was mainly developed by our father Edmond Duclaux. Today, we cultivate by hand 5,8 hectares of vines on the sloping slopes of Tupine and Semons. Our ambition is to produce elegant Côte-Rôties. typical of the southern Côte-Rôtie appellation (from a Gneiss bedrock).
The Cuvée La Germine is the main cuvée of the domain. It is a typical example of Côte-Rôtie from the south of the Côte-Rôtie appellation. It is composed of 95% Syrah and 5% Viognier. It comes from several so-called places (Coteau de Tupin, Tupin, le collet, Maison-Rouge, Coteau de Bassenon) all located on a source of Gneiss or Migmatite. This cuvée, both complete and balanced, primarily expresses the elegance of the Côte-Rôtie appellation.
GIGONDAS RED Cuvée Des Blaches 2019
Field of ESPIERS
It is in 1989 that the area of Espiers was born in Vacqueyras, when Philippe Cartoux decided to walk in the footsteps of his grandparents who owned a vineyard in the family since 1879.
The vineyard now covers 9,5 hectares including 3 to Gigondas, 4 en Cotes du Rhone et 2,5 en Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages Sablet. The grape variety is largely dominated by the main 3 Rhone grape varieties, namely Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The vines are in struggle and receive no chemical treatment. In general, the gestures are all part of a logic of respect for the soil and the environment, with yields particularly lower than 35 hl / ha.
Harvesting is manual for traditional winemaking and aging in oak barrels. Philippe Cartoux likes to produce robust, gourmet but also refined wines. Proof of the quality of its work, Lavinia boutiques offer its wines.
This wine consists of a single plot of vines in the commune of Gigondas.
The vine is aged 40 and composed of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. The harvest is manual and often the grapes picked are slightly overripe in order to obtain wines more full-bodied.
The vinification is done with a very high temperature (+ 34 ° c) in order to extract a maximum of aromas and color. The harvest is complete to allow a good homogeneity of the grape marc and long pumping over.
This wine is then aged in barrels for about 12 months, then bottled without sticking or filtration.
