Overaged is a blend of single malt whiskeys aged 12 to 25 years. The “young” single malts develop a lively and peaty character, the more mature ones providing roundness and complexity.
Once the blend is complete, it matures in fresh Pedro Ximenez barrels in the moderately humid cellar to give it cohesion and a very soft impression.
On the nose it is a scent of dried flowers, blond tobacco, Jerez wine and fatty almonds.
On the palate we find the fruity, powerfully long palate and this balance which surprises.
The long, tasty finish is perfect for whiskey lovers.

It is recognized that the concentration of aromas and therefore the maturation is about 4 times faster there.
