After a scientific training in biology, his winegrowing history begins with the chance of encounters, according to the internships and the various jobs he has held. Frédéric LEPRINCE knew that one day he would have a business of his own, but first he had to learn, discover, observe and do.

For about twenty years, he discovered all the facets of the profession. Vineyard work in Beaujolais vintages, the art of Bordeaux blend, purchase of grapes and vinification from great terroirs in Burgundy ... all these moments will be decisive in that each will bring their stone to their House, step by step.

Still marked by their spirit and their know-how, here are some decisive meetings of its first life.

Pouilly Vinzelles Joseph Drouhin 2020 75CL

With 80 hectares, Domaine Joseph Drouhin is one of the largest in the region. It is distributed throughout Burgundy: Chablis (38 hectares), Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, (38.5 hectares), Côte Chalonnaise (3.5 hectares), and comprises a majority of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, planted of the two Burgundy grape varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

The production area is located in the south of Burgundy, in the Mâconnais vineyard, less than 10 kilometers south-west of Mâcon.

Coteaux de Tannay Melon de Bourgogne 2021 Xavier & Jerome Garnier 75cl

Based in Ligny-le-Chatel, the estate is run by two passionate brothers, Xavier and Jérôme Garnier. The range covers many Chablis appellations.
Since 2016, the Garnier estate has taken over 6 ha of vines in the little-known IGP Coteaux de Tannay appellation, located in the Nièvre.

A very nice wine to discover for your aperitifs with friends.

COTEAUX BURGUIGNONS BLANC JEAN PIERRE GUYON 2015

The DOMAINE GUYON scea is located in the town of Vosne Romanée.

The estate has been geared towards organic viticulture since the 2000s. To provide transparency in viticulture and winemaking techniques, the estate entered into an Ecocert accreditation process in 2009 and obtained accreditation in 2012 .

The family estate was born before the war, his grandfather and his father successively and wisely led it until his brother and himself took charge of it in the 1990s. The man knows each of his vines, often very old, on the end of his secateurs. Jean pierre guyon took over the operation on his own.

His ambition is to return to what he considers the old way of doing things: that is to say winemaking with most of the whole bunches; no addition of sulfur, if possible, until the spring following harvest.

BATARD MONTRACHET JOSEPH DROUHIN 2018 

With 80 hectares, Domaine Joseph Drouhin is one of the largest in the region. It is distributed throughout Burgundy: Chablis (38 hectares), Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, (38.5 hectares), Côte Chalonnaise (3.5 hectares), and comprises a majority of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, planted of the two Burgundy grape varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The Estate has been built up over time, through judicious acquisitions and family agreements. Some plots are among the most famous vintages of Burgundy, such as Clos des Mouches, Montrachet Marquis de Laguiche, Musigny, Clos de Vougeot or Corton-Charlemagne, etc.
For certain communal and regional appellations, Joseph Drouhin supplements his supply from long-time partner winegrowers, who share his requirements.

Crémant de Bourgogne Bailly Lapierre Chardonnay 75cl

The Burgundy village of Bailly is the cradle of the AOC Crémant de Bourgogne.
The wines produced since 1972, in an underground stone quarry that offers unique natural conditions, sparkling wines from another world.
They are made from noble grapes, harvested by hand, vinified and matured patiently.

This Blanc de Blancs, made from the Chardonnay grape, offers a very "Chardonnay from the North" maturity and balance, marked by minerality. Everything is in finesse, not in exuberance. In a rich, round, enrobed, fruity style, it presents a great aromatic precision and a beautiful vinosity ... • manual harvesting • supply of grapes in crates "louvre" of 45 kilograms to preserve their integrity • presses pneumatics • basic juice given by 150 kilograms of grapes for 100 liters of juice, 75% of head of cuvée and 25% of size • alcoholic and malolactic fermentations, blends by batch and preparation for the draws which begin after January 1er • patient breeding of 18 months on average bottles placed on laths, in the constant natural freshness and the cozy light of the quarry of underground limestone (during this period the birth of the effervescence takes place) • double approval of the INAO (National Institute of Origin and Quality): on basic wines and finished wines after resting on slats

Meursault les Clous 2020 Pascal Prunier-Bonheur 75cl

The estate was born from the association of Pascal Brunier and his wife Christine Bonheur.
Pascal Prunier created the estate in 1983 in the town of Auxey-Duresses, it is now based in Meursault. This estate  operates eight hectares of vines on the Côte de Beaune.These wines vinified and matured for the most part in barrels, the essence of his work is to favor the vine in order to offer us great chardonnay and pinot noir.  

Pascal Prunier-Bonheur leads his vineyard in reasoned control this domain offers us 17 appellations on plots all located in Beaune Coast. This Beaune 1er Cru offers us a mineral and elegant Chardonnay with well-mastered wood aging.   

Saint Véran Vieilles Vignes 2022 Jacques Saumaize 75cl

The estate has grown over the years and currently has 3,4 ha in POUILLY-FUISSÉ, 4,55 ha in SAINT-VÉRAN and 0,55 ha in MÂCON-BUSSIÈRES.
From the same terroirs as the wine 'En crèches', this one comes from vines over 50 years old. 100% vinified in barrels, 1/5 of which are new; vinified and aged for 10 months.
All work in the vineyard is carried out with respect for the vine and the soil - most often by hand.
