It is a Clos of 19 ha perched on the altitude terroirs of the Cahors appellation. The vines are nestled in the heart of a wooden setting, a point of harmony between the Lot valley and the Causses du Quercy Blanc.
In this unique place, where the energies of the valley and the Causse, of the astral and the terrestrial mingle, the complexity of the elements nourishes the vines of Clos Troteligotte which benefit from the benevolence of the hand of the man who cultivates it. .
In respect of this nature, Emmanuel Rybinski practices biodynamic agriculture.
Respect for the land is a priority. Since the birth of Clos Troteligotte in 1987, he has practiced peasant agriculture. He has learned over the years to know his grape varieties, his terroir and the climate that surrounds him. Its terroir was certified in Organic Agriculture in 2014 and in Biodynamic Agriculture in 2017.
