Minervois Roc du Piere Domaine de Courbissac 2019 75cl
Minervois Roc du Piere Domaine de Courbissac 2019 75cl

Reinhard Brundig, tireless ambassador of the 7th art, is a mad wine lover. He bought Courbissac in 2002, he dreams of making wine, he is under the spell of this isolated place lost in the scrubland and the pines. He is renovating the cellar , buys the first tuns and begins to vinify the different parcels of Courbissac.
The construction is slow, you have to review the copy several times, Courbissac cannot be tamed so easily.

In 2013, he sought to renew his style, he wanted fresher, more elegant wines, and it was in November 2013 that he met Brunnhilde Claux.

At the age of 30, Brunnhilde takes over the technical part of the estate, sets up a gentle vinification, in whole bunches.

The aging is more restrained, the wines are more supple, a new page is being written for Courbissac.
And Courbissac surrenders. The wines relax, the freshness wins, a turning point begins in Courbissac.

The domain is exploited on 15 hectares of vines.

Roc du pière comes from a region called piègne or pière in the local patois.
This terroir is made up of 2 plots on either side of the estate.

Grape variety 50% Syrah 50% Mourvèdre

The stone, the rockery characterizes this cru, and naturally reveals a dense, powerful wine with spicy characteristics.
The stone is a terroir of great strength, depth and unlimited density. It reveals the power and balance of Minervois wines.

The name of the estate comes from a small path that runs along the vines and which had been nicknamed “Chemin des Rêves” by a resident of the village who came to walk there every day.
In 2008, he buys 7 additional hectares of vines at Saint Gély and a cellar.
In 2009, he builds a sales and tasting cellar.

Corbieres la baronne les lanes 2020 magnum

CORBIÈRES LA BARONNE LES LANES 2020 MAGNUM

The history of the Lignères family is that of doctors who have wine in their veins! The succession of André, general practitioner and Suzette, pharmacist, was ensured by their children, Jean, village doctor like his father in Moux, and his wife Anne, Paul, dentist, and, Geneviève, pharmacist-biologist. The Lignères family's links with the world of wine date back to the 16th century in the villages of Fontcouverte and Moux. Louis Lignères founded the Maison de Vins in 1890 and it was in 1957 that Suzette and André Lignères acquired La Baronne.

A team of enthusiasts at the service of the Montagne d'Alaric terroir. In the wines of La Baronne, they try to translate this respect and this passion, by practicing an organic culture located in value the soil of this privileged region of Languedoc - Roussillon.

At La Baronne, the traditional grape varieties of Languedoc have always been honored... but the Lignères family has a particular penchant for Carignan. Magnifying the expression, transmitting the finesse and elegance of this emblematic grape variety of the region in the wines is a constant challenge.

LA BUTINIRE LIMOUX CHARDONNAY 2022 ANNE DE JOYEUSE 75CL

Cépages: Chardonnay

“La Butinière Chardonnay” is the selection of the best plots.
To the west, the oceanic influence and its clay-limestone terraces bring elegance. In the North-East, the dominant Mediterranean and its clay-silty soils give the fruit, the power.
To the south, the Haute Vallée de l'Aude and its Pyrenean climate transmits its freshness.
These exceptional conditions combined with meticulous work and low yields make it possible to obtain the best grapes.

All the grapes are harvested by hand, sorted on belts to press only the best grapes. The must is then placed in French oak barrels to complete its fermentation. Daily stirring will “feed” the wine. It will then be aged in barrels for 8 to 9 months.

IGP HERAULT MOULIN DE GASSAC WHITE FAUNA 2021 75CL

IGP HERAULT MOULIN DE GASSAC WHITE FAUNA 2022 75CL

Grapes: Viognier-Chardonnay

At the start of the 90s, the Guibert family took on a new challenge: to create a collection of more accessible wines. The accidental discovery of great terroirs on the Villeveyrac amphitheater site in the Hérault, will give rise to a unique partnership with the winegrowers of the Villeveyrac cellar, a partnership that continues today. Therefore, the Mas de Daumas Gassac affirms the requirement of a signature: Moulin de Gassac. This family of wines was created in 1991 , the result of plot selection involving around thirty winegrowers.

For more than 30 years, the authentic production approach has never ceased to drive the search for quality in this vineyard. On 250 hectares, all the plots are subject to a Specifications ambitious: selection of vines according to terroir, low yields, vinification by plot in dedicated vats, 100% of vines in mating confusion (this biological control having led to the complete cessation of treatments against grape worm in Villeveyrac), etc.

On the foothills of Larzac, perched 350 m above sea level, Le Pas de l'Escalette is an emblematic passage, the estate offers a range of wines of unique freshness and finesse...

The 15 hectare vineyard is deployed in terraces with dry stone walls called "clapas", nestled at an altitude of 350 meters at the foot of the Larzac plateau. Protected by the Causse, the vineyard is naturally irrigated by the Larzac springs. The surrounding biodiversity, the working of the soil and the use of organic products allow them to cultivate the vines with respect for nature. The plots benefit from an East exposure for half and West for the rest. This "under-exposure" gives the wines a freshness and a fruity tension very specific to the terroir of this valley. Their quest is to give birth to digestible and elegant wines on the Terrasses du Larzac. On a vineyard of 45 years of average age of the vines, this domain exclusively of southern grape varieties: grenache and carignan for the majority of the blends for the reds, syrah and cinsault. For the whites, the old vines of Carignan and Terret Bourret are combined with Grenache Blanc.

Grape varieties Cuvée Clapas

The old Carignan in goblets are the soul of the wine, they bring freshness. The opulence comes from the Grenache, topped with the fruity and floral aromas of old Cinsault and Syrah. This wine with a southern accent highlights the Languedoc grape varieties. Its gourmet chair and its garrigue accents go perfectly with simmered dishes and southern cuisine.
