IGP OC MALBEC VARIRAPTOR 2021 ANNE DE JOYEUSE 75CL
Renowned for its wines from high-altitude vineyards, the Haute Vallée de l'Aude and its Cretaceous soils (period closing the Jurassic period) is also Europe's main deposit of fossils of the last dinosaurs and their eggs. The red clay soils of the vines thus regularly expose the winegrowers to astonishing discoveries of the traces of their precursors in this territory (65 to 75 million years ago).
LA BUTINIRE LIMOUX CHARDONNAY 2022 ANNE DE JOYEUSE 75CL
IGP HERAULT MOULIN DE GASSAC WHITE FAUNA 2021 75CL
At the start of the 90s, the Guibert family took on a new challenge: to create a collection of more accessible wines. The accidental discovery of great terroirs on the Villeveyrac amphitheater site in the Hérault, will give rise to a unique partnership with the winegrowers of the Villeveyrac cellar, a partnership that continues today. Therefore, the Mas de Daumas Gassac affirms the requirement of a signature: Moulin de Gassac. This family of wines was created in 1991 , the result of plot selection involving around thirty winegrowers.
For more than 30 years, the authentic production approach has never ceased to drive the search for quality in this vineyard. On 250 hectares, all the plots are subject to a Specifications ambitious: selection of vines according to terroir, low yields, vinification by plot in dedicated vats, 100% of vines in mating confusion (this biological control having led to the complete cessation of treatments against grape worm in Villeveyrac), etc.

grape: Big manseng, colombard
A wine that pays homage to his descendants:
Heart, panache and nobility such are the terms used by Henri Faget, current owner of the Château de Cassaigne, to describe this exceptional heritage. The hearts of men, the panache of the winegrowers and the nobility of the terroir are found in this great wine.
Very nice terroir with flush limestones. The establishment of white grape varieties, chosen according to an analysis of the deep structure of the soil, is reserved for the deeper areas of the Château, on clay-limestone. These fresher plots avoid an excessively strong water constraint and promote the production of aromas typical of Gascony.
