Eminente Reserva is a new type of rum composed of 70%spirits aged, the highest proportion of all Cuban rums. Inspired by the Cuban rums of the XNUMXth century, by its ample structure and the richness of its aromas, our master rum maker brings its complexity through the art of assembling these spirits (or Cuban cane brandy).
César Martí learned his trade from his grandparents, raised in sugar cane fields stretching as far as the eye could see. Rich in this family passion, he chose to dedicate his career to the study, transmission and evolution of Cuban know-how in order to produce exceptional rums. Upon completing his studies in physics and engineering, César Martí achieved the prestigious status of the youngest Maestro Ronero of the country in just nine years. A feat still unequaled today.
