Disgorgement date May 23, 2022
In Normandy, each farm produced cider at least for their own consumption. In 1962, Roger Lesuffleur moved to La Vespière, taking over a farm mainly dedicated to ciders. In 1992, his son, Gilbert, settled in a neighboring town, La Folletière-Abenon, took over part of the orchards in the town of Friardel. He stops marketing, while continuing the production of cider for family purposes only.
In 2012, Benoit restarted the marketing with 600 bottles, after having worked 3 years in different wine estates.
La Folletière his father's orchard.
GIVRE DOMAINE DUPONT

Aromas of tart pie and tart apples. Finale fresh. Tips: - Storage: bottles standing or lying down in a cool cellar. Frost keeps a long time. After opening, keep cool and drink quickly (one week) to avoid oxidation. - To serve very fresh as an aperitif or dessert. Can be served punched in a champagne bucket. CALVADOS OF BREUIL 15 YEARS 41%
Calvados Château du Breuil "15 years old" is a blend of Calvados from 15 years old and up. It is an assemblage which, by the weak presence of a younger Calvados, leaves in mouth a subtle taste of apple gradually giving way to the refined alliances of the tannins of an old calvados. A well-melted alcohol with powerful aroma, rich and voluptuous at the same time.
