CHAMPAGNE GIMONNET PINK GONET 75 CL

CHAMPAGNE GIMONNET GONET PINK

From two families of wine growers, Anne and Philippe Gimonnet have chosen the same path as their ancestors. It is in 1986 that the first bottles of Champagne Gimonnet-Gonet are vinified.
Since then, Anne and Philippe have had only one goal: to create champagnes of excellence.

Since 2012, their son, Charles, joined them, animated by the same passion and desire to sustain a work undertaken a few decades ago by his ancestors.

this wine comes from a blend of 90% minimum Chardonnay with a small amount of Pinot Noir added to it.

Its very pale color, its extremely fine dress give it a lot of elegance and lightness.

Once again, it is a desire that the qualities of a Blanc de Blancs dominate the fruitiness of Pinot Noir on this Brut Rosé.

GOSSET GRAND ROSE CHAMPAGNE 75CL

CHAMPAGNE GOSSET LARGE PINK

Comments
A blended rosé with a soft and fluid color, a petal color of salmon rose, embellished with some ruby-cherry reflections.
The nose clearly expresses the strawberry, in its fresh form as in that of jam or cooked fruit. A basket of ripe strawberries is mixed with a strawberry compote. A few lactic hints recall the youth of the wine.
The palate is structured while being in this constant balance between tension of freshness and roundness of fruit. It is dominated by the pulpiness of red fruit such as wild strawberries (cream or coulis) providing a soft and enveloping sensation. A champagne that looks accessible and simple in its youth, but maturing will preserve or even intensify its beauty.
Details Domain
At Champagne Gosset, for more than four centuries, everything has been done to perpetuate the know-how of a family craft in the development of our Champagne wines.
In 1584, Pierre Gosset, Alderman of Aÿ and winemaker, produced still wines, often red, with the harvest of his own vines. At the time, two wines competed for the place at the table of the kings of France: the wine of Aÿ and, a few hundred leagues further south, the wine of Beaune. Both were made from the same noble grape varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The reputation of the A d'wine was such that François 1er set up a vintage, a time property of the house Gosset. Then, in the eighteenth century, the wines of Aÿ and the region became effervescent.

Today, the wines are presented in an antique bottle, an exact reproduction of the one used since the 18th century by Champagne Gosset.
Malolactic fermentation is carefully avoided to preserve the malic acid which restores the naturally fruity aroma of the wines.

Details House
Nicolas Ruinard, nephew of Dom Thierry decides to realize the dream of his uncle and his father. It benefits from a royal decree which authorizes the transport of champagne wine in bottles and inaugurates the 1er September 1729 the Maison Ruinart, the first Champagne House. He sends his first bottles to former customers who buy sheets and favors outgoing ports and boats. Success is at the rendezvous and from 1735, the production of champagne becomes the only activity of the Maison Ruinart.
Over the centuries, Maison Ruinart has cultivated excellence as a way of life. The successive heirs of Nicolas Ruinart have placed quality, authenticity and refinement at the center of the production of champagne wine. Thus, they perpetuated the vision of Dom Thierry Ruinart, the first inspirer of their art. In 1959, the historic Dom Ruinart cuvée is specially created in homage to the clairvoyance of this founding father.
