Of tulip shape, the effervescence glass (28 cl ~) also has three propeller blades of different heights. The action of these blades, with a slight circular movement of the hand, allows to further develop the three aromatic layers that we have in the glass effervescence.
The height of the blades gives an indication of the setting of the glass. When the wine is served at the highest blade, the glass contains, approximately, a capacity of 12,5 cl.
The dome, at the bottom of the parison, is not in relief but reversed, unlike the glasses with calm wine. It consists of thirty laser points (or bubble hangers) that accelerate the oxygenation of sparkling wines, for more aromatic development and therefore a better tasting. These rise homogeneously, in the center of the glass, in the form of a chimney, to finished in a crown of foam on the periphery of the wine.
