BANDOL ROSE CHATEAU DE PIBARNON 2021
Grape variety 65% MOURVEDRE - 35% CINSAULT
The vines dominate the valley, facing the sea, hanging from restanques to restanques, up to 300 m in altitude, on these slopes forming a vast circus sheltered from the mistral. The high altitude of the vineyard is worth cool nights and slow ripening of the grapes. The Château de Pibarnon vineyard is planted on very old Triassic soil, characterized by a very high level of limestone. This limestone promotes the appearance of bouquets in wines, and allows the extraction of very fine and elegant tannins.

LA BUTINIRE LIMOUX CHARDONNAY 2022 ANNE DE JOYEUSE 75CL
Igp Hérault Moulin de Gassac Blanc Faune 2023 75CL
At the start of the 90s, the Guibert family took on a new challenge: to create a collection of more accessible wines. The accidental discovery of great terroirs on the Villeveyrac amphitheater site in the Hérault, will give rise to a unique partnership with the winegrowers of the Villeveyrac cellar, a partnership that continues today. Therefore, the Mas de Daumas Gassac affirms the requirement of a signature: Moulin de Gassac. This family of wines was created in 1991 , the result of plot selection involving around thirty winegrowers.
For more than 30 years, the authentic production approach has never ceased to drive the search for quality in this vineyard. On 250 hectares, all the plots are subject to a Specifications ambitious: selection of vines according to terroir, low yields, vinification by plot in dedicated vats, 100% of vines in mating confusion (this biological control having led to the complete cessation of treatments against grape worm in Villeveyrac), etc.

COTE ROTIE STEPHANE OGIER 2020
Rooted in Ampuis for many generations, this family has always worked in the Côte-Rôtie vineyard. By taking over from his father Michel in 1998, he chose to do specific work on his different terroirs in order to reveal the uniqueness of these places full of history.
Côte-Blonde, But de Mont, Lancement, Côte-Rôzier, Champon, Besset ... this vineyard is rich in a mosaic of plots located in the heart of the Côte-Rôtie whose soil diversity and the northernmost climate of the Valley du Rhône gives the wines an incredible finesse. As close as possible to the vineyard, it strives to reveal the typical elegance of this appellation. The range he offers is therefore faithful to his roots and represents, for him, the culmination of a long history and fascinating daily work.
Grape Syrah
Terroir and soils: Mixture of sand and micaceous chalk. Average age of the vines: 60 years.
Philosophy : Organic farming (Ecocert certified in 2000)
Vinification and aging: In the cellar, the grapes are completely destemmed and then sorted again on the table before being vatted. The fermentations are traditional and in indigenous yeasts after a cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation is gentle and lasts on average 20 to 30 days with regular pumping over and punching down. The wines are then sown in barrels or in demi-muids, the proportion of new barrels changing according to the cuvées and vintages. The Gauthier family is fortunate to have old caves carved in tuff as a breeding cellar, which serve as a cozy nest for wines. They rest there there, serenely, in a stable and caulked environment with natural temperatures ideal for conservation. This cuvée was aged in 2 and 3 wine barrels for 24 months. The wines are then bottled without filtration.
